Excellent with strong flavor dishes such as roasted red meats, braised meats, game, grilled meats, hard and spicy cheese...

Vine variety: 70% local Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara.
Production area: Valpolicella hills.
Vinification: Drying of the grapes on racks for 2-3 months. Pressing and prolonged maceration at a controlled temperature fermentation. Aging in barrels for at least one year followed by 3 months refinement in the bottle.

Features:
The COLOUR is intense ruby red.
The BOUQUET is complex with hints of plum jam and balsamic vinegar.
The TASTE is full-bodied and balanced, with slight notes of blackberry jam, black currants and chocolate.

Serving suggestions: Excellent with strong flavor dishes such as roasted red meats, braised meats, game, grilled meats, hard and spicy cheese.
Serve at 18-20° C.
