Soave Classico DOC
Cru Bassanellla
Ideal with fish starters and first courses, as well as shellfish; soups and grilled fish. Medium-aged cheeses.

Vine variety: 100% Garganega.
Production area: Two acres in the town of Soave just aside the castle and the church dedicated to the homonymous Madonna.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, short 12-hours maceration at a temperature of 10° C, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18° C. Aging in stainless steel containers followed by for 3 months in the bottle.

Features:
The COLOUR is straw yellow with slightly green highlights.
The BOUQUET is intense and fruity with notes of exotic fruits and ripe apricots.
The TASTE is harmonious, soft and complex. It has notes of acacia honey, prolonged persistence with final hints of dried fruit.

Serving suggestions: Ideal with fish starters and first courses, as well as shellfish; soups and grilled fish. Medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at 10-12°C.
