Vine variety: 70% local Corvina, 15% Rondinella, 15% Molinara.
Production area: Valpolicella hills, Veneto region.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested and then gently dried for 2-3 months on special mats. The grapes are then gently pressed in late January with maceration from 22°C to 28°C ending. The wine is aged for at least 4 years in large oak barrels and then for 6 months in bottles.

Features:
The COLOR is garnet red due to the long years of aging.
The BOUQUET is intense, with hints of red fruit jam, enriched with spicy notes recalling vanilla and cocoa.
The TASTE is very intense for its textures and softness.

Serving suggestions: Roasted meats, game and long-aged cheeses too. Even when served alone, it is a worthy ending to an evening meal.
