Vine variety: 100% Corvina Veronese.
Production area: Verona province.
Vinification: Drying process following the traditional technique, fermantation in Oak barrels. Refining of a part of the wine during 6 months in big cherry-barrels. Bottled with a natural sugar residual of 8-9 g/l.

Features:
The COLOUR rich ruby red COLOR.
The BOUQUET red fruity bouquet with grasy and spicy notes.
The TASTE on the palate is dry, warm and intense.

Serving suggestions: Food matching: Ideal with roasted meats and game.
Serve at 18-20° C.
